Actually no. From what I know, the first Camaros rolled off the line in late 1966, I think August or so. I believe the first Firebirds were rolling off the assembly line in December '66 or January '67. That Firebird 400 I had had a production date of January 1967, making it one of the first.
I really don't regret selling it, it sure wasn't a top quality machine like basballny's dads!

best part about his is hes the original owner and did the resto himself so he knows it was all done right.....i had to go to work so i couldnt get any more pics but they will be coming

Where are the vent windows on the driver and passenger doors? It was only on the '67 Camaros and Firebirds. Maybe I read the post wrong, but the full side glass did not come out until '68. Just curious.

I wanted to get a 68 firebird with the smooth tail and big block, but my dad talked me into getting a newer car. He said gas mileage, a/c, stereo all that stuff, and i fell in love with my WS6. No regrets. Other than that, me likey the old firebirds....
