Navy Blue Metallic- 2000 T/A Firehawk M6
2000 Firehawk
51k miles.
drivers side hub/bearing assembly
both outer tie rod ends.
everything else wasn't a repair item
1997 Saturn SC2
46k miles
Shocks
wires,
almost forgot.... this car needed new wheel bearings too. NOWHERE NEAR as easy as on the hawk but damn sure got the job done anyway lol.
needs new clutch hydraulics.... nothing wrong with them. The master just squeaks like hell, supposedly a common issue, and it's like 70 bucks for a prebled master/slave assembly. It's an easy job too... i just never got around to actually doing it. I don't drive the car enough to justify 70 bucks for what amounts to a squeak when the car idles too long and the master gets heat soaked.
Otherwise both cars have been nothing but pleasures to own.
second edit:
Notice I've replaced bearings on both cars. I believe in changing them at the slightest hint that one may be going. I don't even need to hear noise. I may not track my cars but always remember: The last place you want to be when you realize you have a problem with pad knockback is when you are hurtling toward the wall at 100+ because you missed your braking point thanks to pad knockback!!! DOH!!!!Last edited by LSCyaL8R; 11-16-2009 at 12:09 PM.
