Hahaha. That's what I did the last time and fucked it up. Thus the redo. My mom paints and has a very steady hand, so I'm hiring her.
Before that, and this is possible, just VERY tedious. Take some painters tape, cover the lettering, then exacto knife out the letters. You have to be extremely careful not to scratch the plastic. Then just get some color matched spray paint, for me it was 81U (bright red) and spray away.
I know they make vinyl letter inserts for the back CAMARO lettering under the spoiler. Perhaps they have some for the grill insert or maybe they're the same size; but I don't think so.

Not done yet hahaha. Rain is postponing everything. Plus last weekend I met up with JoshieDoom and I felt awkward going there without my insert; I felt naked. So I put it in without the final touch.
