Dude...I know the feeling. Damn neighbor (who doesn't speak a word of english) has about 10 living in his backyard in a make shift cat house - and the number is probably gonna increase as none of them are fixed. Called township to complain 3 f'in times already but nothing. Not only do I have to deal with cat prints all over my cars....also have to deal with a tiny backyard full of cat shit.
