Red Tint Jewelcoat- 2008 Trailblazer SS
Florida does look like the best team in the country right now.
Too bad about the loss....at least it was early in the year. Computer seems to forget about the early season losses more than the late season ones.

Harris, Coaches and all the computer polls comprise the BCS formula. The AP has nothing to do with the BCS. There can still be an AP champion and a BCS champion. I personally think coaches know more than journalists who probably never played the game.

But it should ultimately be decided on the field, not by computers and nerds.

I think there aren't many people that wouldn't like to see a playoff system. The only people really against it are the guys that make money on the current system. Unfortunately they're the ones that have to decide a playoff system would be better. I think they could extend the season for a couple of weeks and end up making more money on a playoff system.

i'm kind of torn between the BCS and Playoffs. the Playoffs would probably extend the season another 4-5 weeks. I've never played football (how much i would have loved to), but i think that's a lot more stress and unnecessary injuries to players who don't even get paid (i know they have scholarship money). i could even see some of the grades slipping from all the extra time they are spending on football. but i do think it's retarded that there are like 235 bowl games. but it's an on going argument, i'm not sure what is best for the sport or the players.
