You can order threaded plugs -- KY Speed probably has them. If not, you can get them through Jeg's or Summit.

Wassup guys, got a question. After a couple of days with one jack, four jack stands, and no power tools I finally finished the install on the passenger side header. They are Kooks long tubes. Afterwards I just saw that the header is right next to, and almost touching the K-member front subframe. If I leave it I know that it has a good chance of rubbing against and hitting the header, damaging the header, and making a leak in the header. Has anyone else had this type of problem? My friend who helped me install the header advises that we bash the K-member a little bit so it won't be that close to the header. Anyone know the best thing to do at this point? Thanks.

I just installed Kooks LT's a few months ago. No clearance issues on the passenger side at all. Can you post a pic?

Yeah there was not much problems with the passenger side it slided through fine, except that the K-member is very close to the header. According to the header install directions on the post the K-member needs to be grinded down so I will be doing that on the passenger and driver side. I just tried to slide in the driver side header, but unfortunately I wasn't lucky enough to get it through. I will post a picture of the header on the passenger side. Now I have to wait another week to install the driver side header, another long week of waiting patiently.

Put Flowtech longtubes in my car, passanger side was no problem, driverside after working on it a bit and a little force slid in too, only thing i had a issue with was the spark plug and back bolt for the headers on the passanger side. Past that it was a clean install.
