Hell ya! I do'nt like flying but that would be sweet to own IMHO. I do'nt know if I'd build it though it would be an awesome project fo sure. One could make a shit ton of money with a pilots liscense and enough hours logged in the air too. Hell buy a high wing 4,6+ seater and give airial tours. One hell of a cool way to earn a paycheck. Or just for fun would be badass!

Why in my private life that I enter when my head hits the pillow I have many of these fancy things.
I'd pick the plane. Planes can glide when the experience engine failure. Helicopters fail like rocks.

Been there done that, not as great as having a glide path. (GP)
The Uh-60 I used to crew had a GP of 1 ft forward 25ft down vs anything with wings. Average for a plane like that would be just guessing without having a specific model. 10 ft forward 3 ft down. All, I am using very simplistic explaination to show my point, so pls do not beat me over head because it don't post the exact physics and math formulas to back up above.
