Not dinner but today for lunch I had a hungryman. 3 eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, and cheese on a hero.

My grandma once told a gay man who couldn't cook to go and get a HungryMan. Hilarity ensued.

I braised a boneless chicken breast in wine.. Then baked it in Four Cheese sauce. Sprinkled crumbled Feta Cheese on it. Served it on Barilla Linguine lightly covered with a crushed garlic and mushroom base I simmerred down from fresh in olive oil and more wine.
Piece of Garlic Bread and to top it off Diet Mountain Dew.. (diabetes sucks)
No pics... but it was fairly tasty.
