Well I think you are making a good decision. I never use mine simply because "if you don't have the money and it isn't a necessity, dont buy it". I get more satisfaction knowing I own it rather than paying 20 something percent on every dollar. And I think that is a nice lookin car.

for a supercharged lt1 with headwork through a t56 only 400rwhp seems a little low, maybe the tune is not dead on? i say go for it if it helps out your debt dude, i love my lt1 and the opti can be taken care of, there's three different ways to take care of it two will work with a stock manifold. keep us updated tho

kick the opti to the curb, new fuel pump (i dont see it listed), new pullies to up the boost and a MSD BTM should give you some fun seen as it sounds as tho the fuel injector situation is there to support it
