Anyway, glad you are O.K., I wouldn't want to know what it would be like to roll a car.

HOLY Fuck man, that is the shits! Good thing you are alright.
my gf hit a deer a few yrs ago going about 65mph, didn't even have time to hit brakes... killed that fucker good!
it fucked her up pretty good tho (emotionally, not physically).
Glad to hear you are ok... it is best to have your first wreck when you are 16. Teaches you that you are not invincible and that it only takes a second and your whole world is turned upside down! no pun intended
btw in ur original post, you said your gf was disappointed that you missed homecoming. I sincerely hope that she was more concerned for your safety.

wow that sucks man but glad ur ok. I agree with most when they say hit the deer because hitting the deer is a little more forgiving than swerving into a tree.....

09 EclipseGT 75 Chevy 4x4- 2001 Trans-Am 13 F-XT
Glad to hear your in good shape ATC! Here's a link to a crash I posted awhile back. The guy was driving a 95 Carmaro doing a bit over 90 hit a deer and it basically exploded and pieces of the deer were splattered over 3 blocks away and seeing the driver was drunk he took out 3 telephone poles. Some how he actually survived the crash, but ironically got fried when he tried getting out of the car from power wires. You never know if it's better to hit a deer or not in a car.
