    stop staying on here all night first off.
    try a product called sleep md its all natural and SUPPOSEDLY is non habit forming. I used it when i had insomnia when i absolutely couldnt sleep and it helped a lot. Dont use it at all now.
    try and lay off the preworkout drinks for the time being.
    dont sleep in late.
