best thing to do is not ask him anything ..just get the vin .. Then drive it ...to a shop with a lift if possible ...

really? just test drive it to a shop, lift it up and check it out? like have that mechanic check it out? what if the salesman doesnt let me test drive it without him?

yea... its just such a far ass drive. id hate to waste all my time and gas and realize that the engine is sitting in the back seat or some shit

being 16, I highly doubt he will let you test drive it by yourself. Maybe bring your girl with you, that might help being able to get it alone. But I really think your age is going to hurt you hee.
