This one is all digital, all USB-Computer controlled. It also logs each run. It also serves as a window switch, AF switch, and Full throttle switch (TPS); and for traction, it won't engage N2O unless the car is moving at a certain speed via the (VSS), not just RPM.

I'm guessing that's the Progressive Controller with Launch Control from NOS?

No, I didn't have that kind of budget, so I spent a month researching far and wide for an affordable controller, and found one with Daytona Sensors. They're controller was only 229.00, free shipping. It's the best controller, I think, on the market; plus you can talk directly to the man that designed it if you run into trouble. So far, I have been testing it, and am quite pleased with the results. I can't wait until my n2o kit is fully installed..

Here are a few more pictures of the "almost done" install
(Nitrous ashtray activation plate, HSW. I also added an audible alarm when N2O is activated.)

Sharp looking setup! Since you're still running the stock 10-bolt, that progressive controller was money very well spent!
Be sure to let us hear your thoughts after you throw the first hit to the system. Should be fun!!Last edited by Midnight02; 01-02-2009 at 05:14 AM.

Can you post a link for the progressive controller?
IS it safier then using the RPM window?
I was wanting to do a setup where it would not spray in 1st gear so by the time I hit 2nd car should be rolling.

Yet another stage completed. A Fuel Pressure Switch, N2O filter and exhaust cutouts are on the way....
Don't worry, the ignition was off for this picture...

Also, i DEFIANTLY think the progressive controller is safer than any other safety device. It shuts everything off at the first sign of trouble...

SLP lids always pop off, just make sure the front top lip is tucked in. I get my bottle filled for 40$, its a 10lb tank.

I think I figured out why it does slip off; that rubber baffeled flex tubing at the throttle body is compressed too far inward. I was considreing trimming the plastic lid to allow it to not be so compressed. My dad turned me on to Smilye's Racing equipment in Mesquite, TX and Lonestar Preformance in Plano; it was $35.00 to have my bottle filled. I like the guys at HSW but that Sudden Impact kit is WAY more expensive than advertised, once you get down to installing all the supporting equipment; now I'm going to have to order a bottle mount, heater, and more stuff; in addition to the nick-nacks I've probablly spent 400.00+ on just getting to this point.. I've also decided that 500.00 is a bit excessive for a tune, and I don't take anything away from it except a tune up, so I'm investing in HP Tuner software and demanding that the shop use my tools to do the work. That way, I can tweak it anytime I want and take my car elsewhere if I see fit....

^^When I installed mine I had to use a trimmed up SLP smooth bellow to make my lid go on, it wouldnt even get close with the stock bellow.
