    In my off time i sand them an hour at a time or so. I spent all last satuday sanding one really good. Should go faster now though that i bought some sanding bits with 120 grit to get this done faster.

    ugg... still no rotors. I dont think they are coming. thought about ordering some but of course as soon as i order some, the other ones will show up... F$%&@ A!!! at least i changed the rear ones lol.

    ORDERED SOME NEW ONES OFF EBAY SINCE APPARENTLY THE OTHERS ONES GOT STOLEN THROUGHT THE MAIL OR SOME BULLCRAP. Time to get THIS upgrade underway, jesus its been 3 months.

    FINALLY got my C5 rotors in yesterday. As soon as other stuff comes in ill begin the install. Geez what a pain in my butt.

    Ok heres the deal with the install.

    There are some brackets that require cutting your spindal and there are other that dont. Mine is the ones that DONT require cutting. Mine comes with the bracket, 4 bolts for the Hub and two for the caliper braket, and other hardware for install.
    Im using my stock fbody calipers and Hawks HPS pads.

    Not a HUGE difference but enough to be noticed and help with braking.

    lol sorry, ill do that when i have to take em off anyway for the new hubs. I mostly wanted to bed in the new brake pads and rotors and get the new brake lines in. I do believe i put a picture of them in the earily posts, but yeah i do owe ya an install pic lol
    Ill do that tomorrow when i do the other stuff.

    AHHHHH! if it isnt one thing its another. Well while bedding in my pads and new rotors the driver side rotor developed a crack in a series of holes (drilled and slotted). NOt so much the manufactures fault more so mine but they still are sending a new driver side already. I noticed i might have a problem with the driver side do to it being really tight, now im kicking myself in the ass for not checking the guide pins. F'n stuck solid. Gonna have a hell of a time getting them out. Got new ones on the way but damn. At least its a small crack so i can drive around post for awhile while the new rotor is on its way.

    Replacment rotor got here yesterday and put on today. That was quick! breakin in the new one now.
