Trust me, I wish I was in your shoes... I really hate the fact that I smoke... but I can't seem to shake it. It doesn't help when I'm constantly pissed off at work too! Like for instance right now, I'm heading out for a smoke!

Don't know your personality fully, but maybe taking up running would also help (if you don't already). Not sure how your area works for runners, we have a LOT down here, so there are many places to go and just walk/jog/run for as long as you want, most are pretty scenic too. My body type is not really support the running spirit like I wish it did... lol But I do enjoy the occasional work out.... just hate running! It would be easier if it was nice all year long! Originally Posted by Y2KArcticSS
