FBody parts are not THAT expensive. Yes, Mustang parts are cheaper, though.

I am looking forward to moving up to a C6, but not the cost to mod it.

I have decided that I am just going to have to dip into my 65 rebuild fund and do away with my dreams of a new leather couch to get a stinking clutch and a stock one at that.

I will just have to not race it this summer, but that is what the 65 is for anyway. Yep I can see it now, go to show up at Thunder Valley with all the other Fbody people except I'll be in a 65 Mustang.

Coming from someone who has listed both of his "toys" for sale. I've had my 65 since I was 16, its like my kid! And my TA is my daily driver. Do you even have a Fbody car?

Yeah, HAS to be done by the first weekend in June. Massive car show and cruise in El Reno that weekend. Been trying to go for four years, this makes fifth. But I just spent a great deal of money to get my heads finished up and all the other little bullshit parts that damn car has needed. Oh and my Uncle is going to give it a quick fix on the body and paint. I'm building a 392 Stroker for it, it oughta be wicked.

Saturday day at Noon is the burn out competition, open to any car. Saturday evening is the hot rod cruise and its pre-81. People line the streets to watch.

Then Sunday the 5th is the actual car show.

I've only got to watch and drool. This year will be different.
