Bears are playing next to no one. They have nothing to lose/gain tonight.

Broncos didn't deserve the playoffs this year. They were the worst 7-2 team I have seen in a long time. Then the wheels came off.

Happy to see Dallas lose. Simply sick of everything that comes from that team.

    Was that a joke?

All but 3 points came in the 1st half, and EVERY one of their starters were still in.

They had a lot to lose....but I guess you just have to be a Bear or Packer fan to understand what it is. It's a pretty deep/personal rivalry.

Oh...and I guess we all saw the answer to the Griese scenario...lol. Good luck in the playoffs boys..hehehe.

    No joke.
    I disagree.

While I don't think they will go far this postseason...that game yesterday wasn't played at full intensity by the Bears. IMO

The Bears had homefield throught the NFC playoffs all wrapped up. They had nothing to gain/lose from a position standpoint. I don't think the Bears are going far, but no one else in the NFC seems to want it either.

    Whoa.

Looks like the Broncos lost much more than the game last night...Darrent Williams was shot and killed while he was in a limo downtown Denver around 2AM.

A little after 2 a.m., a white Hummer limousine was fired on from a vehicle that pulled up along its side, police spokesman Sonny Jackson said. As many as a dozen bullet holes were visible on the driver's side of the vehicle.

Fucked up....and to think I have been on that exact street at pretty much that exact time after a night of partying....

Ouch for the Bronco's do the fans of Denver still think it was the best move to bench "Jake the Mistake'?

No one has really mentioned that yet, since the shooting took place the talk is on that.

But I do think so. They were heading down either way. And I think coach Shanahan knew it. Putting in Cutler wasn't a move for this season, it was one for the future.
I never thought Denver was much good this year. I remember saying that they were the worst 7-2 team, and at one point said they were the worst team with a winning record. Still a fan, but they were hard to watch this season.
Defense played well the first half of the year, but they wore down having to do it all.

The loss of Darrent Williams will be big I think. Obviously more so for his family (including his football family) but for the team outlook.
He was a great young player and was learning how to be a star playing across from one of the best....Champ Bailey.
    Very sad.

Chargers or Ravens is my pick to win the Super Bowl, both are excellent teams. I just can't narrow it down between the two, but would prefer to see SD take it home. NFC has ZERO chance this year. The 4 best teams in the NFL are AFC teams.

True that .. I wish to see SD in the Bowl too. But the Pats are very good post-season...

I agree, NE always steps up big in playoffs. I also think Eagles or Hawks, no one else just excites me from the NFC. Bears have no QB, their defense has a better chance of putting points on the board than Rex. Dallas blows, Giants are mediocre, and the Saints are an up and down team.
