nope, if it comes up I got permission to do it, all i have to state when its for sale is it was a frame off restoration, plus I know where all the vins are hiding with number codes ect.... those tags will be swapped into the other vehicle, I don't plan on selling it anyway

I know all of that but it if you go through the state it will be annotated on the title. The state won't just say ok and then let it be technically fraud if not annotated. It can be done but trying to pass the car off as a real thing when it is just a clone is not worth it. Hell people get caught everyday with old cars and that is a lot easier than the new stuff. More power to ya but it will always be a clone.
