Drove the Trans Am to the office and Court yesterday. Arrived home and pulled her in the garage 5 minutes before a brief snow squall hit.

Navy Blue Metallic- 98 T/A, 00 FBVert, 78T/A
I'm averaging 14-16 miles to the gallon with the 4.11 gears and 403ci motor. I've lost 70 overall miles from a stock LS1 and 3.42 gears, but good news is, those gears are fun as hell to drive I actually need to use 6th gear on all roads, before I only got into 6th is on Interstate (70mph <).
Having a 14 gal tank sucks

Well I decided to go with a built 4L60e that nothing is stock, has Hardened shafts and everything should handle 800+ they said.

Plugged my port for HVAC on the back of my FAST 102, self tapping screw and rtv sealant on the threads worked like a charm.

Red- 2002 Trans Am WS6 (M6)
Did some minor tuning to lean my fuel mixture down a little. Also took it out for my monthly drive with the t-tops off. Much better by this time of year in Iowa as it was mid 60s but good chance of snow by tomorrow night.

What did you do with your Trans Am today?
98's have a 14 gal steel tank where as the 99 < have 15 gal plastic.
Your right in thinking that the stroke plus going from 28lb to 42 lb injectors plus the gear ratio.http://www.ls1.com/forums/f7/my-6-liter-build-174257/

Hmmm. I thought ours had a 16 gallon tank, but I never checked or looked up the spec. No matter what, I never let the needle drop below a quarter tank despite my right foot on the loud pedal.

Your heavy foot has more to do with your mpg than anything else
Boost gets you laid, unless your name is Jon.

Uncovered and took it out last night with the wife to get frozen yogurt. When I got back, I checked the weather for the next day and it looked like a T/A to work kinda day so I left it uncovered. Leaving at 5:45 in the AM, I forget how loud it is !!! .... even just trying to 'sneak' out of the neighbor-hood. Definitely the fastest car on I-95 this morning. I love this stuff !!! --- BTW, I checked the owners manual on my '02. Fuel capacity is 16.8 gals. Sadly I'm at the .8 level right now .. gotta get it as soon as leave work. ( I know,, My bad ).

I was certain my 2000 was 16.
I get 19mpg driving it wild, and 22 calm and 6th gear a lot. If that isnt drastic then my wild must be quite mild .2000 Trans Am WS.6 M6

Lol. I have no idea what I get on a WOT pull mpg wise. I can tell you I can physically see the gas gauge go down though lol.
