heres what ive got goin for tonight:

chicken breast cut into strips marinating in teriyaki sauce with a splash of orange juice. put some fresh pineapple in there and cubed a small onion. not sure what to do with it yet. might grill it as is, or make kabobs.

I've got a whole bunch of Paul Prudhomme seasonings in little baggies that I'm gonna try on chicken and other meats. I'm really looking forward to that. I don't think anyone can hold a candle to him as far as seasonings go.

He's only the best Cajun chef alive (sorry Emeril). My dad uses only his seasonings and orders the bulk restaurant size of most, if not all, of his products. Chef Paul used to be a very large man, but lost a ton of weight in recent years.

I took a few days off

But, have some chicken breast marinating in a Chipotle Cilantro marinade for tonight. I've been craving Cilantro Lime rice too. So, that's what's for dinner.
