it was fun

we were sitting there in pretty bad traffic and she "just kind of dozed off and accidentally let her foot off the brake"

not too much damage, just the bumper is a little off allignment, paint is slightly cracked and a real small scuff mark

apparently she just got in an accident not too long ago that wasnt her fault

im not sure if i should report it and try and get some money for it or what, any thoughts?

Did you get her insurance info? Were the cops called? Yeah, I'd claim every bit of it and then some

I got every bit of info I could. Drivers license #, policy #, insurance carrier, phone, address, name, etc.

Nope the cops werent called, at the time it didnt look like ther was any damage. Got home and took a closer look and notices the above mention things.

Damage isnt overly noticable, you think insurance will even give me any money for it?

Sweet, so then do I have to use the money only for that? Or can I use it to get like a new GFX kit if I can get it cheap enough and painted and everything? We have a family friend that will paint the car for the cost of just the paint and supplies.
