same thing I am doing now..smaller machine retrofit projects (safety, production, quality) plus some endurance testing on machine parts, with on the job managment training....they told me in the offer they want me in managment in 5 to 7 years..and its a $9200/year raise, $3500 sign on bonus with full relocation...the only thing I have to do is unpack
