this is honestly the dumbest law ive ever witnessed in the history of the U.S. (post-constitution)

the picture in the article... thats not even THAT bad... shit SOMETIMES when i lose my belt my pants end up halfway down my ass just cuz im a skinny guy even tho i wear slim jeans... this law is bullshit and ill shit a brick if it really gets passed.
