STS has a good idea with their kits however, they need to fix the problems before they put them out to the people. They suck you in and kindly forget to tell you about the hidden costs to "fix" the kit. It's really junk out of the box. By the time it's all over you should of just went with another kit or better yet, fab one up.

I am totally unfamiliar at this time with all of this. I just started researching Turbos today. What is an APS kit? I do know A Very good fabricator so fittment wont be a problem.

That was 1 of 2 I checked out today. The other was the STS. Whats the difference in the two besides one is front and the other is rear mount?

Pretty much everything lol...
Just compare the pics, you'll see. The APS kit integrates much better with the vehicle, since you're not running oil/coolant lines and intake piping all the way to the back of the car. This also means less chance of boost and exhaust leaks, faster spool up, and less possibility of an oil line becoming damaged. The APS kit is also fully intercooled, I don't believe the STS kit is.

I definately Like the APS Kit better its looks more simplified and like it has better functionability. Is this something I can do at home? I have built many of race cars in my day but never messed with the computer cars till now. Been working on my Lt1 but now I have progressed to an LS1 I have a full shop complete w Lift, welder and just about any tool I could ask for and what I dont have I can get.

What I am concerned about is. This is a twin turbo set up correct? Will I have any problems with putting this on a stock motor. I know the PCM will need reprogramed and I assume I will need larger injectors. but this is my daily driver and I dont want to jepordize the driveability of the car.

I would never put a turbo on a car that I *had* to rely on as a daily driver...
