I agree. Alot of them drive Chevy Caprice's around here of that year. It also seems that they like that 90's model Crown Victoria too.

Out here too cuz its the bay area....but thats only because those are the types of cars that rappers tend to glorify like cars on 24 inch rims and shit; and those cars can fit 24s in em real easy and I've seen some on 26s. Hispanics and blacks like rap the most so there you go. Im latino, I like rap, and I like fast cars so I guess Im a different breed.

I shouldn't have even said anything cause now I look like a racist piece of shit....

Anyway, I know what you mean, and some of them are actually tastefully done with VERY loud exhaust and nice cragar/american racing/or stock wheels, and nice paint, and then you have the gangta ass and riced out ones too.
