I'm not fan of Kobe Bryant as a person, but as a player, he's hardly overrated. He will go down in history as one of the greatest to ever play the game and rightfully so.

Other than that they risked their franchise to win now. if they didn't win it would have been a collosal failure and people would be griping how they traded away the future for a bunch of bums.
