Do you know why people say it's not a "real" hemi? Because there's little squish pads around the valves that the original hemi head doesn't have...but they're needed in todays emissions world in order to pass. The original hemi is a dirty ass engine..

The true benefit of a hemi head is the valve placement anyway...the valves move away from the cylinder walls reducing shrouding. The valves are laso on the opposite sides of the head so larger valves can be used.

yes I did know that. Im not an idiot. And yes I still dont consider them real... its all opinion. You might, most do.
