Probably right, but i want to give it a shot anyway try to clean it up anyway. So what's the best way to get at the inside of the top of the quarter?

either take the sail panel speaker out, or go through the back where your spare tire is.....becareful though the edges of the steel are damn sharp and will slice you open very easily...
