I have 9" all the way around with 275 40's and its plenty wide IMO. But yeah 10.5 are cool-just wanted to be able to rotate tires and not beat my fender wells,or have to get an adjustable pan h bar or roll the lip to fit 315's.

Me too... but unfortunately they are not. The rims are 17x9 all around according to the label on the backside of the rims. I'm really sorry about this and I assure you I didn't do this on purpose.
