Age limited? Yeah, because at age 30 you spontaneously develope the ability to drive one handed conversing with your thoughts elsewhere. People call me up when I am driving, I answer in case it is serious, then I say, I got a fucking manual and have to shift now, later.

I disagree, i've seen a mercredes flip 6-8 times at over 100mph in germany,
the couple walked away in a daze. I've seen a saab hit a wall and the motor was under the car.. Either way its still a sad thing and shows how responsible people need to be to drive, driving isn't a right, its a previledge.

Very sad. It's an eerie feeling to experience things like this first hand.

Always a tragedy. Seen way too many of 'em. It's unfortunate that some pay the ultimate price for a careless (yet, innocent) mistake. What's even worse is that too many don't learn from other's mistakes.

When driving, DRIVE. Cell phones are a damned nuisance, even if hands-free. Keep conversations to a minimum...ain't nobody that important. How many have seen the two-thumbers texting as they drive? What a crock.

When I was an SRO, we used to go into senior classes at HS and show graphic movies (yes, reel movies) to the students just before the Prom/Graduation. Anybody remember the Red Highway? The whole reason behind that was to make the kids think twice before they got too carefree and made stupid choices. I used to back up the film and repeat the view of a guy being wheeled into ER and you could see his almost severed leg bouncing at a different cadence than the rest of his body as the gurney went over bumps, and he is screaming in pain. I never saw ONE kid with a smile on their face when I did that. I would tell them that the film was not fiction, it was the real deal. That was a guy who - if he survived - would likely be an amputee. It's a harsh lesson, but one I would gladly have my kids learn in a classroom, rather than through a real-life experience.

Once again, sorry you had to see it, but I bet it gives you a fresh perspective on the value - and the fraility - of life. If it does, at least her death wasn't meaningless.

Yep life really is very frail. Has anyone ever seen those "faces of death" videos? I remember watching one many years ago when I was much younger. Looking at all those images really messed me up. I can only imagine what people who see this shit first hand (police, military, etc..) have to go through, it's really sad.

I watched the first Faces of Death and it took me more than one day to watch it. The movie is like an hour or so but I had to pause it and do other things for awhile to get my mind off of it. Makes you appreciate how vulnerable you really are and to make GOOD decisions. Although it is very difficult to watch, I recommend anyone to watch it even if it takes several sittings.

I hear what youre saying, OP...

One day I watched a pickup truck go off the road, into a ditch and do cartwheels in the air and come to a stop upside down. My buddy and I pulled over and pulled the guy out of the truck while the engine was still running, tires spinning, etc. We were afraid that the truck might catch fire or we would not have moved the guy. Anyway we placed him on a blanket we had in the trunk of our car and covered him with one of our jackets and the guy was bleeding all over his face. Once the statey and ambulance arrived they found blue powder in his nose and a cut up CD in the truck. Fucker was snorting pills while driving.

Didn't mean to hijack, just wanted to share.

One of my good friends died one year ago today... he was playing a show(he was a drummer) and stopped right in the middle of a song.. said help and fell over... I had no clue that would be the last thing he said to us..
He was diabetic and the autopsy gave "unconclusive" results.. which means they didnt know what happened... Todays been a very sobering day... he was only born in 1984...
