LPM, & Blk- 2001 Z/28, 2010 2LT/RS
I had the chance to buy the only GMMG Tom Henry 380 SS A4 (GMMG A4 cars were all 360 HP cars this was the only A4 car w/ 3.73's that made it a 380 HP car) white convertible SS car for $26k w/ 33xx miles on her back in 2006. At the time they guy wanted $34k Feb 06 so I ordered a new 06 Silverado, they day after my truck arrived the guy emailed me said he will let it go for $26k
The next month while at the F-Body Gathering I saw the car sitting up at GMMG
Here is a pic of her

I was 12 hours late from buying a really nice 94 Z28 a few months back. It was a steal only 6,000 grand well worth it.
Rebuilt motor from a 97 vette dont remember all the specks but it had a moser 12 bolt, 4.10 gears, heads, cam, motor was bored 30 over. Around 2 thousand miles on the motor, RS ground effects kit, t-tops, white with black interior. Car was remarkable I think it dynod around 417RWHP. Only 6 grand that really pissed me off.

only miss 2 cars
1st was my 88 fiero GT, black 5spd that was loaded. I sold when my first kid was on the way. It was like new when i let it go.
2nd was my 95 Formula. low mileage fully loaded M6. sold to a friend of mine so i could buy my 30th, he then immediatly started trashing it
the worst part was i sold so i wouldn't have 2 car pmts. so what does the wife do? she goes and buys a new sunfire like 2 months after I bought the 30th TA...The formula was only like 1 year from being paid off!!! It was like a year befroe she would admit to her mistake

well back in the day i was born my dad bought my mom a truck as a token of appreciation for having me. he bought her this 1988 chevy silverado long bed 5.7 with power doors and window the truck was awesome! so 17 years later i started driving it and of course i could not resist the temptation it was to try to "fix her" so i did and right when i did they stold her from me and i havent seen it ever since i really miss my old truck
as it is here its has its original pain with 1/4 of a million milles on original engine as it still hauled ass!

when i was 16 my buddy told me about this old lady that he did yard work for, and she had a 78 Y88 Gold Special Edition Trans AM sitting in her driveway and the last tag on the lic plate was from 1985. the thing was fucking MINT it had about 20k miles on it (org) and just needed a little tlc from sitting outside. The old lady thought it was worth 500 dollars... 500 DOLLARS!!! I went home and convinced my mom to let me buy it as a project car and i went back about 2 days later cash in hand and someone had shown up about 3 hrs earlier with a tow-truck and offered her 1200 for it.
fuck was i mad, everytime i see one now it reminds me of the one that got away!
looked exactly like this one

Hey Pumpkinman, your street looks very familiar. Is it RR/Pville?
The one that got away, my first new vehicle, a 1977 Jeep Honcho. I cant even find a decent one for sale anywhere. Another dumb loss, 71 Charger 383. I have no pics of any of my old vehicles.

NBM / Silver- 00 SS / 71 SS Elcamino
I have 2.
1st one would be my 1967 Chevelle SS true 427, 4 speed car. Marina Blue with black interior. Absolutely georgous car. Kicking myself in the ass for getting rid of that one.
2nd one would be my 1968 Dodge Charger. 440, auto B-5 blue car. Man that one was nice too. That 440 was awesome. Torque up the butt and was an awesome highway cruiser. Miss that one immensly as well,
I have had several other old Chevelle's, Nova's, and Chevy 2's that were real nice and wish I still had as well. Agh!!!!2000 SS Camaro Heads, Large cam, Fast 90, 9"w/430's and locker, yada yada yada... you get the picture
1971 SS ElCamino 402 Big Block 550HP

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
I don't think that most of the kids on here realize that "back in the day" you could either special order (if the dealer wanted to co-operate and knew what boxes to check) or have the dealer take a new car and install a crate engine in just about ANYTHING! Except for the well known 69 COPO Camaros and Chevelles that's how you got 427's in Camaros and Chevelles back then.

My 1978 Firebird Esprit. Hurst hatches 400 Pontiac motor from '69 and TH400. I miss my big yellow bird.
Had too much cancer for me to handle when I owned it. Interior was shot, but that motor alone was worth more then I sold the car for.
