Got that right, the pats barely beat them last game they played.

I gotta think that a few factors played into that game and why it was tight.

1) Giants played with pride and basically played w/ a championship type mentality

2) The Pat's knew going into that game how close they were to history and were playing not to lose rather than to win.

3) For the first time in the history of the NFL, 3 networks carried the game. Virtually every television in the U.S. and probably the world could tune into the game. Imagine chocking and losing? I'd be uptight too if I were a Pat's player.



Now, onto the S.B.. This is where the Pat's play, this is there "game". They know what to expect.

Also, they are due to blow someone out like they were doing in the middle of the season.
