    When you said the wires, do you mean the little clip that plugs into it? Cuz my dad has some electrical cleaner he got for his MAF , and he said he just sprayed it into the little connector and it cleans it out

    no that wouldnt help but im talking about in the middle where the air flows thru you will see a plastic plate running across the maf with little wires inside, kinda hard to explain, you wanna spray those wires

    yep tried cleaning it out.. cleaned the wires and the connector itself, didn't fix the problem.. then i tried it one more time.. and for the third time when i unplugged it and drove it it was fine.. so i guess it's time to get a new one..

    try switching with one of your friends just to rule out possible wiring damgage to the harness
