I owned the first dual-core vid card ever created for a PC....

Can anybody tell me what it was? (trivia time)

Also, this will tell you my preferance in video cards, lol.

I think there was a ATI RAdeon MAXX card that had two chips on one card. One chip did the top of the screen one chip did the bottom.

I have been running 2 Geforce 8800GTX 768mb GDDR3 cards running in sli for about 10 months. You will enjoy the heck out of your 2 3870's.

Canopus video card? Vodoo 3 or 5 on SLI... Had that myself if that is it.

I had two Voodoo 12 meg cards adn an ATI All In Wonder. Pretty sweet for the time. Was great for Quake 2

Aye before my Vodoos I had Matrox and told the world about them. Then I ran Vodoos..... Once Vodoo went bye bye have been nvidia since.....

ya i did, im going to try to use the one i already have, my inernals are getting way outdated, it was built a while ago, so im due for new stuff.
