you dont have to sue his INSURANE COMPANY for that much but for something because i've been in a bad accident and im messed up for the rest of my life because of some dumbshit not lookin. what if you would have died? God forbid but i mean your health is way more important then being a hero and letting the guy off easy. i cant sleep for shit because of my knee and i love sleeping and now thats an issue because of an accident. i cant run or walk for long periods of time regular daily things are a pain in the ass(knee) now. why not get some cash to and yea they'll have to pay for all your medical bills and then you'll get your money, but take it from me your going to be hurting for a long time trust me. becuase of this guy why do you think theres insurance for things like this.

if your neck isnt perm. hurt, I wouldnt sue. If it is then sue them to pay for the medical visits. Other wise his insurance should pay for your medical bills, and a new rear bumper. This lady hit my baby in the front, and i got a new front bumper and an extra 500 cause i didnt go to the pontiac dealership to get it fixed.
