So why is it so dead here and ls1tech is hopping. As far as new threads, nothing against this site I love it and spend more time here but just curious. There's dozens of new threads in every section everyday. Here theres maybe a couple besides in the AAG section.

cause when LS1 split tech stole all the free mods stuff and tech stuff... so most people go there for tech help...

how about some usefull sponsors for some of the membership??

ls1tech is more of a tech only info site where to this site is more of a social site and tech info.

Yup...most individual insurance is just a discount bullshit.....this sponsor will make real insurance with major carriers available to LS1.COM members for under $100 bucks and under $200 bucks for a family....now NHRAFormula may think that is useless but I bet there are many members who don't have health insurance that would strongly disagree with him.

If this is true, I'm so not using my job's policy. I LOVE the idea of cheap medical insurance, jus as long as its good coverage.

Lots of people use this coverage versus their "company insurance"....it is done because Humana has millions of people spreading the risk versus just a specific group.....it's the new thang

you get the idea....we got lots of members that need lots of things and if we can get a group discount for our members I'm open to any and all suggestions on who to solicit.....

The biggest disparity I notice between here and tech is the sponsor sales/group purchase section and also the sponsors involvement with the community. For example, quite often when I see threads concerning suspension questions there are sponsors (*cough* UMI *cough*) giving their 2 cents, etc.

I'm not saying that it doesn't happen here, but it seems to be a lot more common there. I'm not sure what can be done to improve things here, it's just an observation.

if a person kept his work ins. and got this ins. you're talking about would he/she be able to file a claim with both like what the primary dont pay the other would pay the rest?

No good point....my take on that subject is this....
If a forum has say K&N as a sponsor and folks ask"what is the best cold air intake"...over there any answer but KN gets deleted/banned/trashed and NineBall shits his diaper.....here folks will answer the question....but any links to non sponsers will get deleted.....but I mean come on....everybody has Google dont they?
