This is a very unforunate situation that i am confident nick would take back if he could. i also think that he is worried more about his friends health than rather or not he is going to get outa of this because he is a celebrity. I love how people become "sue happy" when they could have done something about it. The passenger could have taken some responsiblitly and worn a seat belt, told Nick to slow down or let me out, and/or not even got into the car with Nick if he was drinking. He made just as poor decisions as Nick and now the family wants money because their lawyers are pointing out the obvious. Sounds to me like everyone involved is making poor decisions and now has there hand out.
