Do you rev at other sports cars ?

i don't rev at other cars... great way to kill an engine... i've done it a few times though at a gas station when i start my car up... one time it back fired and scared a womam walking in to the store... she jumped fell on to the hood of a parked car and slid off of it to the ground...

i felt so bad for her cause every one getting gas was laughing...

yes depending on the other sports car.

however what I enjoy doing is scaring pedestrians or people standing on the side of the road. I have made many girls scream and people jump when I drive by.

i shift to be at the right rpm and I tap the gas and bark the engine. Its fucking funny seeing people jump and or scream..

since i got my LT's with ORY sometimes i'm coasting down the road and coming up on some ped walking with their back to me i give them a quick 5 grand rev to keep em awake

Somtimes when my engine is warm I give it maybe 15% gas when I start it. Inside a parking garage makes a nice explosive start, the attendent said it scared the hell out of him lol!

I usually shut the motor off if another sports car rolls up just to avoid confrontation.

i dont rev at sports cars.....only ricers

thats because my only running car with sum power is a lil weak ass 305......

so yah...its quiet...not mean...so i keep it down.

Now if im drivin my buddies lt1/m6 car with a gmmg exhaust...i cant help but give it sum revs hehehehehe

you do realize that you don't have to rev it to a red line don't you?

doesnt matter...free reving it...has no resistance and is very hard on the engines..no matter if its at red line or not.

true....if you ricer rev to redline........but a lil rev to 2500rpm doesnt hurt

a friendly blip of throttle to 2500 usually is nough to say sup to others. When im cruisin down road i clutch it give a lil rev so keep going.......why in the hell would u ricer rev your car??????? Gmmg exhuast at 2500 is plenty enough lol....i wanna get attention of other nice car......not everyone in nw ohio!

wouldn't the point of a rev to show you car is loud and try to intimidate some one??? a 2500 rev is hardly loud unless you have open headers... i mean... would you shove hald of your penis in a woman? or as much as you can with out hurting the poor girl?

ummm round here we dont need to intimidate other cars......I rev to 2500 most times as just a "hey man whats up" thing......i have rev'd hard before to scare a ricer off my ass....tahsts it. Theres no point in free rev'm a lt1, lsx, or a gen 1 motor to scare cars.....

now when your car doesnt hook for 2 gears.....leavin rubber on road...THAT INTIMIDATES other cars!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like i said rev'n is cool...just not bouncin off rev limter.

gmmg is loud...nough for me
