Me too. I have been looking for something different but not to crazy. But at the same time flows with the car. I am curious how it would look painted and with an insert where the "SS" scoop is on top

Here is another hood option
http://www.lmperformance.com/3093/1.html
Click on small pic for larger and different angles.
Almost got it but with any aftermarket hood, didn't want hood pins or hood popping up at 100 mph and thought the ss looked the best IMO and got oem for fitment. Ironically, SS spoiler too. It is hard to beat the SS in looks. But there are some cool options though the larger ss style has my eye but would like to see it on a car though.

As far as the transformer hood, the ford guys say our cars look like a catfish, do we really need some gills to add to the stereotype??

Blue- 2002 Z28 Camaro M6
I have been told that hood is discontinued. So you might have to find an alternate seller then SLP.

I don't know how much I would like the L88 hood on other colors but on that silver it looks pretty slick. Also I personally lean more towards the Sunoco hood.

Bright Red- 1999 Trans Am Ws6
Only person around me with an f-body, waves every time he see me, has an SS with what looks like a 5 inch sunoco cause it is huge, overkill in my opinion. His is lowered though from the looks of it so it worked nice. I think if you lower them you can get away with a bigger one.
