Mine gets cleaned a lot.

BUT...it doesn't get driven much either.
34,500 on the clock....finally. 1999.
Plus...I have Goose on my side. My black cars are experiments for him.
These pics were taken yesterday afternoon. We proceded to get out the PorterCable and get a layer of red moose on it.
Topped it off with that Victoria Concours Wax. I still haven't seen it under the sunlight yet.
But yeah...it is always in a garage. Too scared I will get beaten up on the street by the ricers.
My car is slow and overweight. And I can't drive either.

Black- C5 M6 Vette
Damn that's nice man. Have to say you're making it quite hard on me.....I finnaly got enough $$ for the downpayment on an LS1 T/A (still haven't sold my firebird yet btw) and I wanted to buy a white one. My thinking was that black wouldn't show the beautiful lines of the car and would not do the car justice, but damned if I was wrong. Nice car.

Thanks. Black is a serious pain in the ass though to keep clean.
Let alone the fact it shows EVERY little defect. Swirls are very easy to see as well.
Good luck on your decision.

With as little as you drive it...I would go wax.
Unless you don't plan on keeping it up.
Sealant will outlast wax by months. Wax will outshine sealant.
I personally use wax. But mine gets a coat of wax once a month anymore.
Goose gave you a great base. Bring it over here some Sunday afternoon and give Goose and I 2-3 hours with it.
Thanks for the compliments everyone!!!
Quite the improvement from 1 1/2 years ago when the swap was going on....
And I just took this one a minute ago. Been sitting since Sunday...collected a touch of dust already.

Thanks. I like my car to be plain. I like subtle.
Not everyone agrees with it, but it is my car.
I bought the Trans Am thinking it looked about as good as a car could look from the factory. Didn't need much of anything.
Although the stock power just wasn't enough.

Appearance is really nothing though. Just keep it clean as possible and they don't need much.
Thanks!
