I would have gottem up and left, no food nothing, no paying for anything....I've done that several times due to bas service(only reason-no kids here)...

3 years old...letting him even fake sip is not a bright idea if they wanted to be real dicks the cops and CPS could have been up there and you would be having to deal with them breathing down your neck. Also they can get in serious shit if they keep serving you and you let junior get sick off the stuff...not saying you would but some parents these days.

Not my place to tell you how to raise your kid, but when you go in public its your own fault when you do something like that in this day and age.

My dad let me taste his beer on occasion. I'd only take small sips because I was raised to believe that drinking a lot isn't good for you. Plus, the small sips never tasted that great and I couldn't understand how my dad could drink a whole can/bottle of the stuff.

Now, I drink Sam Adams and savor the flavor.

As for that waitress, probably just mad at the world for being fat.

i let me kids take little sips like that all the time. you are not "letting them drink" - you are just giving them a taste so they say "blahhch" and dont whine at you anymore for some. i guess this bitch doesnt have any kids.
