I kinda did the same thing, only one headlight is up. I took the gear out and propped up the defective headlight. However, when I turn on the alarm, the working headlight still comes up then down, but the defective headlight no longer grinds, but spins.

Why the FUCK do the headlights have to come up anyway when you have defective motor gears? There must be a way to bypass it.

When I recently bought my 98 Trans Am from the used car dealer, that was one of the first things I checked. Of course, the headlight started "grinding", and as I slowly turned towards the dealer... he had the nerve to tell me "Oh, and how about that electric hood lock"....

I couldn't hold in the laugh, "I was like, yeah, sure, and by the way, I'm Batman". What an idiot. What's even more funny, is now "I" find myself saying the EXACT same thing to those who are not in the know. I'm like yeah (bragging), how about that electric hood lock for ya, huh?

Now all my buddies want one LMAO!!!!
