My uncle's custom 1930's some essex hot rod with 350 block 327 heads big blower and open headers.
199? LT1 camaro bored to 383, rode with him to go get new tires when i was like 12, we left 10 ft black marks at like 5 stop signs on the way, that thing was so badass. like 2 weeks later someone crossed the centerline and hit him head on totalling the camaro, then he got a 99 trans am ws6 which he left bone stock for 4 years then sold with like 130k mile for 12000, he was gonn give it to me for 7 but i was fourteen and dad wouldn't let me. good choice on his part but i never forgot those cars

hugger orange 1955 chevy bel air coupe. 396 with an 871 blower. it was so clean i would have willingly licked the paint. the guy had close to 100k in it and still took it to the strip on the weekends....easily ran low 9's. every possible piece was chrome or billet. he had PAINTED the license plate on the trunk lid. you couldnt even tell it wasnt real from 3 feet away, swear to god.
that was a day of reckoning for me. i was shocked for the first time that someone could build something so amazing.
oh and my neighbors fully tubed split window vette. runs 6s on methanol (of coure) he does all the work except for short block assembly....

A restored 69 chevelle with a 540ci big block that we drove 30 miles each way to and from the track and ran consistant 10.20's. That was with full exhaust and an all steel car.
The new ford gt. The 60 year old owner surprisingly drove it pretty hard when he took me for a ride.
My friends 69 camaro that he bought from the guy that built it to and did with the 2005 yearone cup. Big D would probably remember that car. When I saw it the first time I was fairly speechless.

I dont know how I forgot but I got a short ride in an 05 Ford GT at my last job, and got to take the GT500 for a short spin, although it sucked because Ford puts a limiter in the computer for 50 miles or 50 keystarts that prevents you from having full power, therefore I couldnt go fast. Couldnt go past something like 3500 rpms if I remember right.

Badest ass cars I've ever ridden in.... Well I met up with some guys from LS1Tech down in Dothan and Enterprise and got to ride in a 700whp procharged LS1 trans am. a 800whp phamspeed front mount turbo LS1. a 500whp 03 Cobra..... one that I didn't ride in but my buddy did was a 900whp Speed Inc hugger orange SS that was on the cover of the September issue of GM High Tech. and the other night I got to pilot a 600whp SS camaro. right after I drove it the owner got on to me about being too easy on the car, he then started to really rail on it and popped the 10 bolt lol. now it has a moser 9
