fourth gen v6's are rated at 200hp (1995 models and after)... I said in another post... newer cars have engines built with better and more evolved technology, they will be more powerful and more efficent than before... they're like computers... always getting better. Thats why a 1998 Alienware pentium 2 computer cost $3500, but now you could pick one up for $30, if its not free.

fuck that, ever since that movie came out... i have seen an abundance (sp) of those fuckin right hand drive imports, the 240's have exploded and are everywhere, and i see a shitload of skylines, silvias, fairladys (300zx) and Toyota Soarers (which i actually think are pretty cool).
The worst part is, all these people who drive these cars seem to be cocky high school kids.

alot of the ricers where i am from are getting smart. they aren't buying as much bodykits and spending more under the hood. two of my buddies can't afford camaros or t/a's. so they are going fast another route.
one guy just bought a lexus sc300 (beware this is becoming more common everywhere) it has the same 2jz from the toyota supra. he is throwing a single turbo kit on it and plans to make around 420 at the wheel. this is a nasty setup. the only draw back is that the car weighs around 4300 lbs. alot of this is from the sound proofing that lexus used because this was originally a luxury car. i just don't see that 2door thing weighing that much for too long.
another one of my buddies just dropped an sr20det into a miata. these cars only weigh about 2100 lbs. if he can make that thing hook, it will be a screamer as well.
i have to add it. my favorite swap. an ls1 that can be dropped into a 2500 lbs. rx7. they don't have much of a problem hooking up and this is too common now a days.
the biggest drawback to our f-bodies is the weight i think.
