All the parts are still available - with the exception of the seats. Someone local has offered me $1K for the seats/brackets/sliders etc, so I'm waiting to set something up with him. Unfortunately, I've been out of town and not around a computer.

No payment plans, I'm not a bank. I've been out of town, so I can't meet up for the transaction. Nothing is definate, but he offered me a good amount, so I'll be giving him first shot.
