    his situation is he's in california. even bassani's won't pass cali emissions. i think only the JBA will seeing as they don't move the stock cats from where they are located.

    glad i dont live in cali sometimes i like to think its not even part of the rest of America haha kidding but about the only good thing to come out of cali is hot rodding. question, if you cant run long ubes in cali cause it changes the position of the cats how does that affect the emisions as long as you have cats?

    the further away from the motor, the less heat is generated to make the cat work properly. so, it takes longer for the cat to get up to operating temp, thus increasing emissions.
