    Okay Update and Responses!

TODAY WAS NOT JURY DAY.... another status day.... Set for 10:00 Feb 13th

Also.... the one dude that came up with doctrine defense is totally off-base... if you want a defense.... try getting a record of ALL a police department's radar gear's certification, dates of inspection, and certification of an officer to use it.

According to a national poll from a retired Connecticut cop, out of 150 departments inquired about these, 127 did not have ALL units inspected within the year. Furthermore, 107 of these admitted to using a bait and swap tactic, where during a court date, a police officer would use someone else's CERTIFIED gun and certification to demonstrate their gun was correct.

This leaves doubt as to guilt, and the case can be thrown out. If I get the opportunity to do so, then I will.

Also, check out radar distributors websites.... you'll find out that alot of cops aren't even sitting in a good place for an accurate reading!

Greater than a 25 degree variance from a straight line in front of behind of a moving car has more than 10% error ration to the reading, usually being a slower reading, but under circumstance of refraction and deflection, the reading can be much higher.

Radar Jammers ARE ILLEGAL in Illinois. If a cop find you with one, you can lose your license and have a much greater fine.

Also, Radar CAN pick up two targets. in the case of radar hitting a window, it's possible. At 1500 feet, radar has a radius of 3 ft.... meaning 6 ft of space Phi'd is covered and detected, the largest object taking precedence.

I hope I can use these to my advantage.... I know he was greater than 25 degrees positioned when he took a reading, and our cars have tons of glass, and it's all rounded.

I got pulled over for accelerating to fast, I didnt speed just went from 20 to like 40 real quick speed limit was 45, and no turn signal, but the guy took my license went back to his car not even two sec later comes running back hands it to me and speeds off real quick while I see 5 other cop cars following him, haha the only thing I could think was thank god. Or me and my friend were racing and a cop fliped a bitch and my friend turned down a street and the cop followed him, once agin thank god lol. Yep, get a liar. Declare yourself a ward of the court. Admit you are an infant or an imbecile that can't handle his own affairs and throw away any rights you had. Sounds like a real fine idee alright. A win win situation for the tax man.
What kind of crime is "accelerating too fast"? Is that the third or forth derivative? Who's the injured party? And what "food" did you get for your payment?

    Third Update.

Well due to a crappy preparation and a few technicalities that prevented me from claiming I was going 25 on the first one cost me that game.

But I have about 130 sites worth of information i have read since then, and I have a pretty good idea how to set up about 15 different ways to win.... scare the crap out of them!

A 75.00 or 95.00 ticket cost me 175.00 because i couldn't negotiate the ticket (23 over, limit for supervision is 20)
