Black- 2000 Camaro Z28
I hava a 94 s10 4x4 for snow or mud, I have to drive down a mile and a half of dirt to get to the highway, but the z28 will never see the salt. hopefully I will get 1 more weekend out of my car, iit is 30% chance of snow eery day this week so time will tell. We dont even have a garage yet, we are having a 40x68 foot building being built this week to park stuff in, but it will just have a rock floor till next summer when we will pour a cement floor in it and equip it for our new shop.

No. I don't drive good in snow or rain. I don't think I can drive the car that well at all. Coming down to pullman from spokane on monday there was so much snow. I came around a bend on the highway at 40 or so and started sliding. Caught traction a little but then it turned too much. Overcompensated the other way and just started fishtailing. If I was on a dry road on the bike and I started getting headshake I can accelerate out of it. I had no fucking clue what to do in the snow in the car. I kinda wanted to hit the throttle and try to straighten out, but I didn't know if I'd just end up crashing at a higher speed. I spun out but didn't hit anything. No more snow driving for me.

Ha ha. It's cold white stuff that falls from the sky. Sometimes accumulates in big piles in parking lots, then we use these as natural pylons when the lots are empty and race there. At least we don't have 90+ degrees from April thru September with high constant humidity. But then again, in winter months weather there is good driving, eh?

I got stuck on a ice & snow mix trying to back down my driveway. Which is just a tad more than slightly slanted. Of course the snow was so high in-between the tracks that the car was dragging on it. I am sure that didn't help. I had to drive it a few times it sucks but I made it. About a year after buying Zbizkit i bought a brand new 05 Altima. It works much better in the snow.

I live in the Denver area and drive mine year round. I had some issues in the last snowfall because I kinda need new tires, but usually it gets around just fine. I get around as well as most of the front wheel drive cars out there. It's not really so much about what to drive (providing it's not 4x4), it's how you drive it.

When (if ever) it snows here, it only sticks to the grass etc, not the road or pavement, so its fun for the kids but no danger. The only thing we have to worry about it ice.

I traded in my snowmobile(Toyota Tundra 4x4 off road) for my goat. Iam looking forward to an excuse to call off after @25years of having 4x4's.

we got ice / sleet today, got to work 10am left 1pm, office closed due to weather conditions etc.. but yeah I agree 90% of how u drive, like I don't press the gas too much on icy roads. Here in TX we have 1-2 bad days per winter. the other 10% is luck. some people are driving just fine and hit a dark ice spot that they did not see or anticipate and TCS kicks in, u start spining and shit. so that's my 2 cents, 90% skill, 10%luck.

The bad weather hasn't hit here yet, but we are supposed to get part of that storm tomorrow. Winter sucks.

I drive mine ALL year round. I am proud to say I have never gotten stuck to where I need a shovel, it is all driver when it come to the harsh winters in shytown(not to mention good tires). We are actullay getting a hell of storm right now maybe 10 to 12 inches by morning. My old man has named it the 4x4 of camaros due to some of the situations it has been in, not to mention due to the low profile it plows the alley way. It is slick on the ice..... had a spin out in 2002 took out a iron fence after hopping the curb. Thanks to state farm she is still on the road today. I think people with these fancy SUV's get in more trouble in the snow because they are not as carefull. Any car you drive in the snow can have troubles driving in the snow RESPECT MOTHER NATURE!!!

That is the secret to winter driving, easy does it, drive for conditions & leave lots of room. Poeple don't slow down.
We were lucky today, rain only, no snow or ice & glad of it.

I drove my 3rd gen in the snow once and made it through 6" but couldn't go more then 15mph and hoped and prayed they at least semi plowed.
The 4th gen I've gotten stuck in my PLOWED driveway and fish tailed at idle
I usually drive whatever crappy beater I own for winter. Right now I am screwed cause my buick went to the junk yard (blown tranny)

I live close to the shore in NJ though so usually we get rain, then ice, then snow sticks on top of that. It's not so good for traction.
