Something is not adding up here??? Stock LS1 beats 11.1sec quarter mile Mustang?? I would like to buy your car that way I don't have to waste my money on a new Z06.

I doubt your car runs better then a 13.1 STOCK.
Most F bodies run mid 13s depending on altitude and track conditions.
Nice try to impress the boys

Obviously your reading comprehension sucks. You are claiming you run a 13.6 correct? If your friend is running a 13.1 how are you pulling on the car?
Unless I missed where you said your friend missed a gear, didn't get traction ?

308 stroker???? maybe bored 40 over.
I believe you may have pulled, all in the tune and driver. However, with over 300rwhp, due to the weight I would expect the 5.0 to beat you. My 5L with H/c/i and 290 rwhp was trapping over 110mph. I had no issues with stock Ls1's.

I am not getting all the details. Curves might be a great driver, and her friend sucks (as a driver I mean).
Bad drivers are just that. They spin too much, shift sloppy, and can't really do anything unless it is from a roll in third gear.
A 13.1 Mustang and a stock LS1 is definitely a driver's race.
It is the mods on the Cobra is what I don't get. Sounds like she is heavily modded, and the wheel numbers (if accurate), seem right for the mods listed. That said, it should be a low 12 second car with great traction. Her friend must have been the one to take it down the track when it got a 13.1.
Hey Curves do this, get up with your bud, swap cars, race, and then see who is faster. Regardless of who wins, tell us which car you think is faster.

Good lord there are a lot of people heckling Curves.
I guess that will teach her for trying to share a celebration of a kill with you guys! She'll never do such a horrible thing again!
Loosen up.

Wow...you are a very annoying typical girl...Why do you say my reading comrehension when I am typing this not reading it. Go get a life. I am saying stock LS1's run a 13.6 with a perfect driver, my car has not seen the track. The Cobra ran a 13.1 at PRP. Can you comprehend that? You are just looking to start b/s and im sorry but im not wasting my time with you. Plain and simple I pulled on her if you can't understand this then why the hell are you here?
And I have driven the cobra several times doesnt seem like a low or even mid 12sec car....maybe it needs a good tune or something. I am very confident in my driving skills and so are my friends but I can't speak for my GF, I never said it was 10 car lengths or anything, was about half a car if that but I was pulling harder than her at 140 and if we didnt have to slow I think I woulda had maybe a whole car

You are reading the type on your screen right?
You are claiming with a supposed "perfect driver" mind you there is no such thing that an LS1 F Body runs and I am quoting you "13.6" in the quarter. You don't have track experience with your own car so I am gonna go out on a limb and guess you are quoting a magzine or some such publication for that number. If according to your friend's 1/4 mile time that you claim you should not be walking away from them. If anything since you have not said one word about poor driving. You did not claim the friend missed a gear, spun their tires, lost traction at any time. So basically you should be at a pretty neck and neck race. So yes I am calling you out on your bullshit and if that is typical girl that knows nothing according to you then that is your opinion, but it seems some of the men on here, that I am sure know less than you also, are calling BS too

A car that runs 13.6 on the street can beat a car that runs 13.1 at the track. B I G difference between the track and the street.

Wow...you just dont go away....First of all you honestly need to learn how to talk correctly...your grammar SUCKS and second I have more track time than you could ever dream of but no considering the car is fairly new I have not ran my camaro on the track. And yes a 13.6 but you would probably be low 14's
. And no I dont quote magazines and get all my information that I preach back to people like you probably do. And no missed gears or spinning it was a third gear pull (do you know what that is sweetheart?) As for the driver I can't speak for her I wasnt in the damn car....you opinion does not matter...the fact is I did not 'rape' her but my car was ahead and thats that, we have raced 5 times and everytime it was the same....deal with it. Why don't you act your age? You are very immature and honestly don't seem to know much about cars because you just keep repeating what I say...GROW THE HELL UP

Just out of curiosity where do you get the idea I'd run 14s in a supposed mid 13s car?
Since I know nothing about cars, according to you, you assume I can't drive?
I have time slips of my own proving my mildly modded 98 LS1 runs a 12.905 @ 107mph with a 2.20 60' with an R/T on a pro tree of .56 on street tires.
