My girlfriend has never driven my car. I offer, but only because I know she wouldn't want to. She says shes scared she would crash it.

When shes driving, I'm gripping the arm rest for dear life, pushing myself back in the seat, and trying to press the imaginary brake pedal on the passenger side.

I let my wife drive my car until she poured coke and other shit all over the interior and drove it into a curb breaking the upper control arm. I'm still having alignment problems from her wrecking my Z-28. I bought her that brand new GTP and then she trashed the interior in it so she's SOL without a car right now, guess she'll grow up one of these days. So after going through that, HELL NO! AIN'T NO GIRL DRIVING ANYTHING I OWN INCLUDING MY OLD TRUCK!!!!!

You kidding? She cannot even drive my hooptie ass truck. Alot of women have zero knowledge of whats going on with the car thats all i need is something 10 dollar problem to go wrong and she drives it until it turns into a 2k problem.

If she wants to drive it she can buy her own.

Yep. She can drive it when she wants to, but it's my DD. She's a good driver AND she is also a fearless 5'1" country girl. Rough on the power seat though, 6'3" to 5'1" and back again.

She just made it to Raleigh from Charlotte in a little over two hours. She called me at lunch and said she was on her way back. I didn't even think she was THERE yet. Little gear-jammin' thing.

I drive Rob's camaro sometimes, and I have to drive it when he deploys for a year...

as for the vette, shortly here we are going to be purchasing a Z06 and thats gonna be my car...

It'll be my car- you'll always want to drive the vert more than anything...plus if i end up putting more money into the vette its mine! plus it depends what I get for a daily driver next month

Aside from my wife, two other women have driven it once and only once.
My youngest daughter 27yr. old but she had a 99 T/A and she can drive.
My oldest stepdaughter 30yr.old and she can handle it as well.
Oh yeah, that is how I found out just how comfortable it was to sit in the back of my GTO.

we will always have the volvo, I will never get rid of it. as for the vette, really any day now, just looking for the exact one we want...as soon as we find it, we'll get it.
